Being active and eating well have always been important parts of my life. Moonlighting from my day job, I started teaching group fitness classes in 2013 and my passion for coaching others was ignited! I continued to pursue further certifications in group training, personal training and fitness nutrition. Leveraging my experience of 16 years in the corporate world where I spent much of my time managing project timelines, influencing others and hitting corporate goals I decided to merge my personal passion with my professional expertise. And just like that, Live It Daily was born! As an enthusiastic coach and passionate athlete I believe that we can make a powerful difference in the quality of our lives by introducing practical strategies to heal our health and improve our personal wellness.
