This is a holistic fitness, nutrition and wellness Boot Camp dedicated to give you the education, support and accountability you need to kickstart your best health. It is designed and delivered by a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Professional and Wellness Coach to ensure safe and effective results.
Do I Have to Buy Special Powders, Shakes or Bars to Get Results?
The Live It Daily Summer Boot Camp focuses on providing you with safe and effective fitness guidance, nutritionally dense/real food meal concepts and practical lifestyle habits that you can practice for a lifetime. Additional supplements, specialty foods and synthetic powders are NOT part of this program.
Who is My Coach for Summer Boot Camp?
Your coach for Summer Boot Camp is Rebecca at Live It Daily (see sidebar). She is a Wellness Coach and certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also holds multiple Advanced Instructor certifications in Group Exercise through Les Mills and is a certified Master Trainer for Small Group through Matrix. Do I Need to Have a High Level of Fitness to Participate in Boot Camp?
Team workouts are highly adaptable and scalable for all fitness levels. Workouts are “challenging yet do-able”.
When Does Summer Boot Camp Start?
Summer Boot Camp runs from Monday, June 17 – Friday, August 2, 2019. It is deisgned for 6 active weeks of camp. We will take a break from on-site workouts over the 4th of July week to allow campers to enjoy the holiday.
When does Registration End?
Where Are the Weekly Workouts?
While Summer Boot Camp is designed and delivered by Rebecca at Live It Daily, Team Workouts and Team Meetings will take place at Aspen Fitness (2367 Patterson Road, Riverbank, CA).
What’s the Schedule?
Tentative schedule below (exact times are being finalized):
Team Meetings are required to achieve measurable results and will be held for the first 10 minutes of every workout. You must attend at least 1 Team Meeting/Team Workout per week to ensure adequate progress towards goals and to receive the support and guidance needed to reach your goals.
Team Socials are completely optional. We will plan social events after registration closes in an effort to best fit the team’s schedule.
What is the Price of Boot Camp?
Summer Boot Camp is just $299 per person for the entire 6 weeks. It is recommended that you also purchase a key fob and temporary membership to Aspen Fitness so that you may access the facilities at any time during the 6-weeks if you’d like to sneak in additional workouts on your own. Aspen Fitness has offered temporary membership and 24/7 access to their secured facility for only $10!
How Do I Stay Connected to Summer Boot Camp Communications and Content?

Once you’ve completed registration simply head over to our private FB page and request to join. Rebecca will also use email and the Healthie application to stay in touch with campers leading up to June 17th and throughout the 6-weeks of camp.
