Living to eat means we put food at the center of our lives, always looking forward to the next meal or snack and seeking great pleasure in food – whether it’s nutritious or not. Whether we’re hungry or not. Eating to live is the concept that we nourish our bodies based on what it needs to be healthy and to function mentally and physically for our personal daily activities.
