Fruit and Grain Bowl Blueprint

Check out this customizable “blueprint” meal – never eat the same thing twice!

Main Bowl: Combine 2 cups cooked grain and 2 cups fruit into a large bowl.

Add-ins: Add your choice of cheese, nuts, seeds, fresh herbs or dried herbs to Main Bowl.

Dressing (below): Place all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until combined.  Drizzle into Main Bowl and enjoy!  

Dressing

  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 3 T. citrus juice
  • 2 t maple syrup, honey or agave
  • ½ t ground pepper
